 Get to know your Realtor®                           Connie C. Hamilton

I was born in Clovis, New Mexico and lived in numerous places before settling here in the   Oklahoma City Metro area.  I have lived in the Oklahoma City Metro area since 1981. I    moved to Edmond in 1992 from the south side of Oklahoma City.  I’m single   and have 2  dogs named Chloe and Sophia. The joy in my life at this time is my great   nephew   named Connor and my great niece named Kendal Rain in which they live in   Dallas, Texas and I try to spoil them as much as possible.                   

            
 
  
 
 
 
 
 
 
Hobbies:

I am always on the move doing many adventurous activities. From 
 riding motorcycles to traveling around the USA, snow skiing,
water skiing and playing around of Golf with my friends. Of
course, my favorite activity is riding my Honda Shadow Aero 750cc
with many friends in the Real Estate Business and Mortgage
Brokers.  We take trips to venture out all across Oklahoma, Texas,
Arkansas and Missouri.  I also ride a Kawasaki 250 Super Sherpa,
 dual sport motorcycle and do quite well in the dirt.

    Experience:
    I enjoy being very active when its time to play, but when it       comes to  selling Real Estate, I’m just as active and             excited in all area’s of my Real Estate Business.
 

I started my career in Real Estate in Clovis, New Mexico in 1978 to 1981 working as a loan closer and abstractor.  Upon moving from New Mexico in 1981, I continued my real estate career working at numerous Mortgage Companies and Title Escrow Companies. I have extensive background in this industry which has helped me to be a very successful Realtor®.  I started with Re/Max® Unlimited in South OKC in 1989 and made a success in my career in the southern part of Oklahoma City.  I then moved to Edmond in 1992 and have been working at Re/Max® Associates ever since.

My first year in Real Estate I was chosen as the Rookie of the Year State wide closing $1.85 million in volume.  In 1999 I closed over $4.275 million in volume and since then my business has increased every year.
 
 

I have my GRI and CRS Degree which has been awarded through the National Association of Realtors®

Since 1999 and thereafter, I have been awarded the 100% award through Re/Max® International.  In 2001 I was voted among all the Realtors® in Edmond, “The Most Cooperative Realtor®” and in 2005 I was voted again as the “Realtor® of the Year.”

I am currently serving as the “President” of the Edmond Board of Realtors® for 2007.

As you can see, I have extensive background in this industry and have developed a customer service base second to none. With me living here for such a long time, I know the OKC Metro area quite well.  I understand the Real Estate Market, the area school system, the convenience of fine shopping and dining and other activities around the metro area.  I have an extensive networking business with other Realtors® that gives me an edge in finding just the right home for you. As a computer-savvy Realtor® in the OKC Metro Area, I have the technology to work quickly and efficiently for both buyers and sellers.
